Here's how you'll contribute: 10+ years of experience in managing projects across multiple ITSM Tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Manage Engine using industry best practices Experienced in creating Project Plans, Communication Plans & Processes Experiences in defining project responsibilities with stakeholders along with maintaining project time frames, budget estimate & status reports In-depth understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM processes Understanding of other ServiceNow modules as ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM Experience implementing best-practices and procedures. Should have clear understanding RACI matrix and able to define responsibilities accordingly Experience in handling large team, preparing Status reports, governance decks, creating and maintaining several documents like project status report, risk register etc. Ability to work with On-site offshore model, should be able to handle team from onsite.
