Relationship Manager - Channel Development - Female- B2B Sales & Follow up.
Location : Lower Parel ( Female candidates only) Job Type : Full-time (Work from Office) Monday to Saturday. (Monday to Friday-9.30am to 6.30pm) (All Saturdays- 10.00am to 4.00pm)- Candidates only from Mumbai to apply About Us : Dynamic and rapidly growing innovations company committed to delivering high-quality products to our esteemed clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Development Executive to join our expanding team. Responsibilities : 1. Client Follow-Up : - Regularly follow up with existing/new clients to maintain relationships and understand their evolving needs. - Engage with HighNet Worth Individuals (HNIs) to address their specific requirements. 2. Handling Queries : - Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Provide accurate information about products/services and address concerns. 3. Proposal Management : - Prepare and send proposals to clients based on their requirements. - Customize proposals to highlight the unique value proposition of our offerings. 4. Meeting Arrangements : - Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. - Arrange face-to-face or virtual meetings with both clients and Head of the organization. 5. Follow-Up for Visits : - Proactively follow up with clients to schedule visits to our office or arrange virtual meetings via platforms like Zoom. - Ensure a smooth and efficient process for client visits. 6. Closure Follow-Up : - Work diligently towards achieving sales closures and meet assigned targets. - Continuously follow up with clients to ensure successful deal closures. 7. Sales and Business Development : - Utilize your extensive sales or business development experience to identify new channels and opportunities for growth. - Develop and nurture relationships with potential partners and clients. 8. Client-Facing Role : - Represent the company in a professional manner, fostering positive relationships with clients. - Act as a brand ambassador during client interactions. 9. Language Proficiency : - Demonstrate excellent language proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi, and any regional language as necessary for effective communication. 10. Presentation Skills : - Conduct presentations effectively to showcase our products/services and address client queries. Requirements : - Proven experience in hardcore sales or business development. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Well-groomed and presentable for client-facing responsibilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
