Role Description

Qualifications
- Network Administration, System Administration, and Troubleshooting skills
- Network Security knowledge and experience
- Technical Support skills and experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certifications in relevant technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA are a plus
