Job Summary: As a Client Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client management within the agency landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client goals, objectives, and expectations to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (design, marketing, and other departments) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, offering solutions to challenges as they arise.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

- Agency Experience:
- Leverage your agency background to bring industry insights and best practices to client interactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes based on agency expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in client service or account management within an agency setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with advertising and branding trends and best practices.
