Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager. The Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and maintaining clear communication to ensure client satisfaction. The Manager will need to develop and execute strategies to retain current clients and expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain long term relationships
- Ability to understand and analyze client needs and preferences
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of property solutions is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
