You will be responsible for elevating our strategy to accelerate organic growth and margin expansion by driving Commercial excellence, innovation, and portfolio reporting. drive advanced analytics and visualization tools across the Commercial enterprise. You will work with Product Marketing, Engineering, Pricing, Business, and IT professionals to enable data-based decision making solutions. You will use your knowledge and experience to put tools, processes, and metrics in place that optimize and manage innovation, launch excellence, Value price capture , improving profitability and tracking of portfolio performance.
To excel in this role, you will use your understanding of Business practices and inate curiousity to dig into problems, constantly asking the question "how can i make this better?" You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized, able to build rapport with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Platform / Solution Delivery:
· Delivery of global Portfolio solutions for the Honeywell enterprise.
· Provide subject matter expertise in the evaluation, design, planning and deployment of emerging solutions to drive exceptional experiences and increased productivity and growth.
Platform Strategy and Feature Roadmap Management:
· Creation, business alignment and delivery of the global Portfolio application feature roadmaps for the enterprise.
· Maintaining the Portfolio Global Design Model, Deployment roadmap, and Implementation Playbook
· Analyze and Integrate SBG-specific business processes and technologies related to Portfolio into the enterprise IT strategy, eliminating non-standard processes and technologies/technical debt.
· Conduct monthly Portfolio performance reviews; develop, monitor, optimizes and provide corrective action plans as required.
· Document architectures for relevant Commercial platforms in conjunction with Solution Architects
· Drive exceptional Honeywell User Experience (HUE) and ensure consistent experience across platforms and channels (internal or external).
YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or other IT or business-related field
·5+ years of B2B analytics experience in Portfolio Management, Pricing, Sales including solutions architecture.
· Strong knowledge and/or experience with visualization tools (Power BI and Tableau) reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
WE VALUE
In-depth understanding of P&L and profitability analysis
· Portfolio Management or Product Marketing experience using business data modeling, data mining and/or segmentation techniques
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive problem-solving
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis software
· Demonstrated experience in serving as a technical lead of moderately complex projects.
· Demonstrated analytical skills, proficiency with computer software applications, and the ability to produce and consume written documentation.
· Demonstrated initiative staying current on industry practice outside of study and training.
· Ability to develop and communicate technical vision for projects and initiatives that can be understood by customers and management.
