Job description

KEY RESULT AREAS

Achieving the Sales Targets and expansion of distribution networks.

Regular Collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding.

Ensure to organize the logistics and timely distribution of Milk & Milk Products.

Conduct Market Intelligence & Identify the gaps in marketing.

Promote & extend the model Parlors / HDC business in the area of operation.

Monitoring Controlling & Collecting the Crates on time.

Distributor management

POSM Management

Competition Management

Plan Execute & promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.

Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.

Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system.

Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network

Effective control & Minimize the leakages damages & transit losses & ensure no return policy

Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.

Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.

Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory ISO and Audit Queries

Dairy Industry is mandatory with fresh milk experience
