Job Description
Reporting into Business Head, your responsibilities would include the following:
- Responsible for identifying relevant vendors as per the organization's business model.
- Resolve complex negotiations and terms with the network providers and get the best deal for the organization.
Deliver exceptional customer experience by timely and error free processing of customer processes. - Identify opportunities to build positive business relationships with potential providers by connecting within the community along with other leaders.
- Collaborate with the central and local owners of the vendor relationship and support in ongoing monitoring of vendor performance as needed.
- Implement a regular standing meeting with key contract owners at the time of renewal to evaluate performance and contract continuance.
- Continuously seek improvements to processes and systems across functions as the size and complexity of our business grows.
- Participate actively in closing the contract with the vendor in coordination with Finance, Legal and Corporate sales team.
- To ensure desired quality delivery from vendors and as a result patient/client experience to be superior in all the transactions.
The Successful Applicant
- Preferably BHMS/BDS/BAMS with MBA in Health care Management
- 10+ years of relevant experience network management experience across hospitals, diagnostic chains, healthcare@home companies, e-pharmacies etc
- Furthermore, my client is looking for someone who is extremely collaborative and comes with strong business acumen
