Job description
Purpose: The role holder will conceptualize, design, and build a fit-for-purpose user journey and interfaces. The person must possess an intuitive mind to analyze and understand usage scenarios and approach design from the first principle.
Role & responsibilities Creating user centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback for websites and Chatbots. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience The role include reviewing and simplifying code when needed. As a chatbot stakeholder, you may also help implement bots in their operations. You will often work with established AI platforms and deliver on best business planning and delivery Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree and 4 years design experience OR Masters Degree and 3 years design experience OR 7 years design experience. Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to Web-based applications A strong design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve for business requirements and customer needs.Job tags
