Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi I Chef. As a Commi I Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the kitchen, preparing food according to set recipes and standards, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining hygiene in the kitchen. This role is located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, or a culinary degree from a recognized institute
• Good knowledge of food preparation, culinary terms, techniques, and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changes in the menu and kitchen operations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Ability to work effectively in a team, and communicate clearly with team members and superiors
• Prior experience working in a hotel or restaurant is a plus
