About the company: We are hiring on behalf of US-based technology solutions provider. They help automotive dealerships to automate their internal reporting, helping our clients save an enormous amount of time and effort. In seconds, the dealership receives a processed version of their reports, available to post to their dealer management system (DMS). This represents a 90% time savings for the customers, eliminating the need to rely on Excel/CSV formulas, referencing other internal systems, converting PDFs, etc. The platform ultimately automates manual processes within an organization and the technology has proven applications not just in automotive, but across a number of other verticals.
About the role: We are looking for a motivated UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to join our early-stage startup and make a significant impact on our SaaS platform. This role is more than just your average design position. We want someone who is passionate about building applications from vision to production, offering new ideas and consistently thinking outside the box. Qualifications Should be well versed with Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Proto.io, InVision app, and Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise in design sprints methodology to build testable prototypes and large scale, complex applications Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Be the UI/UX team – we are a small start up and need someone that can do the entire process from beginning to end. Skills Create mock-ups and call outs from product specs provided by the Project Manager and Developers. Create a wire-frames for our cloud based platform. Can work independently and quickly with the ability to change direction on the fly. Bonus Previous startup experience would be a huge plus. Ability to work with other offshore developers Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Wiki and other development tools.Job tags
