Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Executive Trainee.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
· Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
· Assist in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions.
· Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and also assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.
· Coordinate and support training initiatives for employees and assist in identifying training needs and developing relevant programs.
· Participate in the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, conducting reviews, and assisting in goal-setting.
· Stay informed about labour laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
· Assist in conducting audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements
· Contribute to special HR projects as assigned, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, etc.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
· Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.
