Job Description

• 15 years of total enterprise application support experience in technology and infrastructure.
• Managed large production support experience in technology and infrastructure.
• Proactive approach for identifying any production issues and gaps.
• Strong knowledge of product operation best practices and software processes like SDLC
• Familiar with Voice Dialer technology and production support issues
• Experience with SQL server for monitoring and tuning using different tools and DB performance monitor.
• Experience with identifying traditional IO performance issues, transforming traditional IO to SQL equivalent, indexing strategy and tuning methodology.
• Experience in ITIL, COBIT, excellent knowledge of windows server/ AD Vmware Vcentre
• Perform upgrade and performance tuning install software configure servers and implement security patches

. VDI s (As we will increase number of bots support magnitude will also increase)

. Software Patching 's (Adobe, IE, Chrome)
. VDI Availability and Health Check
. VDI On-call Support and any Incidents/Corruptions/User Accesses NOC Monitoring
. Server and tool upgrade New VDC Creation
. Application Support & Access Management+A1
