Job Overview:

You will oversee and manage the recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for our Bengaluru site. You will collaborate with hiring managers, and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our hiring goals and support our growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies:

  • Work closely with local and global senior management to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Identify and utilize appropriate sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead the recruitment process:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish candidate evaluation criteria.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment analytics and reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to share recruitment insights and progress with senior management.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain the company's employer brand through various channels (website, social media, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials and employer brand messaging.
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience of 05 to 06 years in recruitment or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Experience in managing and leading a recruitment team.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to leverage recruitment data for strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Greenhouse experience preferred
  • Experience working in the context of a growing startup a plus
  • Experience working in the context of US and India a plus
