Qualifications And Skills - 1 to 6 years in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Gradation is mandatory
Roles And Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively through voice, email, and chat channels
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments,
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer complaints or escalations

Chennai - T.Nagar / Guindy
Salary Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 20,000 (Depending upon experience and skill set
Working hours
