HR4Nation is looking for Customer Care Executive for a fast growing E-Commerce company in Chennai.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1 to 6 years in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Gradation is mandatory

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively through voice, email, and chat channels
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments,
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to customer complaints or escalations

Work Location

Chennai - T.Nagar / Guindy

Salary

Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 20,000 (Depending upon experience and skill set

Working hours

10 am to 7 pm (Mon - Sat) . No cab offered
