Our products include two types of Fiber Optic Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (FOPIDS): SafeFENCE, a two-zone standalone model with an embedded touch screen, and SafeMAX, a multizone rack-mountable version with a device cascading facility. Our FO-PIDS are used in various applications such as Homeland Security (HLS), cross-country borders, airports, oil refineries, critical infrastructure, prisons, sensitive industrial installations, protection of VIP premises, armament depots, and more. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai as a Technical Support and Pre Sales at FOSS. As a Technical Support and Pre Sales, your day-to-day tasks include resolving customer issues, providing technical support to the Sales team, performing product demonstrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the product development cycle.
