Requirement details: Position: Presales Specialist Location: Bangalore Experience: 3-6 years Role Overview: The Presales Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the sales process from discovery through to the final proposal stage. This role involves a blend of technical acumen, business strategy, and client engagement to conceptualize and deliver innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the presales process across diverse sectors, including Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Retail/E-commerce, and Manufacturing, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that align with client needs. Take ownership of the presales process, from initial contact through to proposal submission and defense. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their unique requirements and business challenges. Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions that address client needs, ensuring a high win probability. Manage the preparation of compelling, detailed proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions. Optimize financial aspects of deals, creating various commercial constructs to meet both client expectations and company goals. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and account teams to create effective sales collaterals and enhance pitches to clients. Engage in team leadership for driving recognition in analyst reports, increasing organization visibility and credibility.

Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in presales, bid management, and business development, preferably in the technology sector. Technical knowledge across Application Development and Support, Digital Transformation, Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS), Data Analytics.. Excellent client engagement and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting solutions and negotiating with stakeholders. Familiarity with various engagement models such as Managed Services, Managed Capacity, and Staffing. Agile and Waterfall methodologies proficiency. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
