Job description

Key Responsibilities:  Oversee the full HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.  Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates and ensure timely and quality hires.  Develop and implement the organization's talent management strategy, in collaboration with the management.  Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure the organization has a pipeline of future Managers.  Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals.  Develop KRA & KPI for all the employees and lead the company's performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.  Develop talent management tools and technologies, including performance management systems and learning management systems.  Develop and deliver training programs on performance management and career development.  Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management-related issues  Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.  Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs that align with the organization's goals and values.  Assist management during time of organizational change such as restructuring, process improvement and manage communication and ensure smooth transitions for employees.  Utilize the HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs. Stay updated on trend, challenges and opportunities related to the management of employees.  Foster a positive work environment.  Develop and implement grievance management procedures to ensure that employee concerns are addressed effectively.  Work closely with the management to develop and execute the company's human resources strategy.  Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.  Ensure data management and data authenticity & develop and implement HRMS policies and procedures.  Prepare reports for the management on key HR Metrics.  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  Working knowledge in meeting statutory compliances.  Oversee the administration work.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Master's Degree in HR or related field.  At least 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a management role, and should have a minimum of 3 years experience in hiring and managing high-performance sales & marketing team  Those who have experience in hiring sales and marketing employees from North India as well will be preferred.  Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.  Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Spoken Hindi will be an added advantage.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
