Job description

Service Engineer for Customer Service Department based at Ghaziabad branch

Strong understanding of product and application - represent the brand as the local technical expert, develop ability to understand failure mode (product issue, application issue, usage issue)

Customer's complaint handling.
o Monitor MTTR performance with finding gaps and further corrective actions.
o Attend critical product failures in field.
o Make failure analysis report and share to Service HO team for further corrective actions.

Handling ASC Network
o Expansion of Service Network based on Service requirement.
o Technical Assistance to ASCs.
o Technical Training to ASC's manpower.
o Training on CRM portal.
o Monthly Collecting Claims and Process for payment from HO.
o Spare parts order generation

Support to Sales Channel
o Technical Support if any require.
o Product performance study wherever is required.
o Product demo.
o Training to Sales channel (Direct and Retailer).
