Position Overview:Â
As a Senior Social Media Manager at Traya, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's online presence and engagement. We are looking for a seasoned professional who excels in ideation, content research, writing, and social media strategy to lead our social media efforts.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Content Strategy and Ideation : Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and resonates with our target audience. Generate creative ideas for campaigns and content that drive engagement and brand awareness.Â
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable social media content, including posts, graphics, videos, and more. Ensure that all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and optimized for each platform.Â
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with our social media community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing online conversations.Â
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights. Use data to refine strategies and make data-driven decisions.Â
- Campaign Management : Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement, growth, and conversions.Â
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Leverage this knowledge to adapt and improve our social media strategies.Â
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.Â
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5+ years in social media management.Â
