Job description

Posting job ads on various platforms and portals to attract potential clients and candidates
Screening and interviewing the benched IT consultants to assess their skills, experience, and preferences
Maintaining a database of the benched IT consultants and updating their profiles regularly
Negotiating the best rates and terms with the clients and the candidates
Coordinating the interviews, feedback, and paperwork between the clients and the candidates
Building and maintaining relationships with the clients, vendors, and candidates
Achieving the sales targets and generating revenue for the company
A bench sales recruiter may require the following skills and qualifications12:

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
Experience in IT recruitment, sales, or marketing
