Senior Localization Engineer

We work closely with local Product, Engineering, QA teams, as well as R&D team based in our headquarter in Belmont, California, and development centers in China and Europe. We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with a proven background in localization, localizability, and globalization to deliver on our International releases. Are you passionate about internationalization and localization Can you design and build software localization tools, processes, systems and automation for cutting edge software and services Can you proactively coordinate with multiple software development teams on internationalization requirements, drive core fixes and integrate updates in a timely fashion Are you able to quickly dive deep on localization bugs solving issues in multiple languages at once RingCentral Product Localization team needs a strong Localization Engineer with a delivery focus to develop and execute localization tools and processes across a range of software and services. This role requires working with business owners, development teams and product managers across the organization to articulate requirements and constraints while managing the delivery of localized software and services across various device and platform projects. Cross-team coordination, and good communication skills are important. The ideal candidate is a technical expert in the I18n/l10n field with superior analytical abilities. This opportunity requires deep technical knowledge, hands-on coding skills, as well proven problem-solving and communication skills. At the core of the position is delivery.
