Pilon Engineering is a research company mainly focusing on development of Pilot plants and research equipments and is 6 years young. Team size is approx. 60 people and is located in Bhosari MIDC. We have 6 days working and Sundays off. Candidates residing in Pune to apply only Candidate must have experience working into EPC project based environment. Primary Responsibilities : 1) Hiring and Recruitment, retention planning and execution 2) Hr Policies and Leave Record 3) Documentation work/ Performance Management/ Employee Engagement 4) Administration/ Legal Compliance/ Compensation and Benefits 5) Maintain Employee Records 6) Developing workplace atmosphere 7) Conflict Resolution if any 8) Training and Development, 9) Handles discipline in accordance with company policy 10) Maintain good relations and atmosphere within company & with employees 11) ready for 25% work related travel 12) Being project based company, multiple teams travel to various locations; capability to manage their travels, accommodations, issues etc. 13) Maintain discipline, Proper Dress up, Appearance, Duty Timings, Communication Reporting to : Respective Line ManagerJob tags
