Job Description:
This role will be responsible for implementing innovative marketing programs to achieve/support organizational objective for market share, volume, revenue, operating income and brand awareness
Strong knowledge about Channel Management
Lead consumer and retailer insight analysis to better plan strategies to drive growth and Increase visibility.
Planning effective promotions for increase sell out and retaining the existing consumer base
Develop and maintain strong working relationship with retail team, operator stores, key agencies/suppliers to ensure execution.
Conduct and present ongoing business review focused on financial, market, consumer and trend analysis.
Work to ensure brand continuity and compliance with international directives and policies
Plan and manage budgets to deliver high engagement with consumers on a regular basis and drive growth
Work closely with Marketing, strategy and business innovation team in order to develop an effective, efficient business strategy and workflow for new and existing business
Identification of new areas/processes in retail and justification of the business benefits and ROI.
Understanding of the current system landscape and guiding the delivery team for system modifications
Serves as a subject matter expert in the area of Retail and should be able to respond on the RFP and provide competitive positioning
Leads the business strategy for assigned customers. This includes managing internal partners, reviewing and negotiating the financials
Achieves or exceeds assigned metrics for client existence, new customer/product implementations and customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant This person will be essential part of developing initiatives and strategies with the client's sales and internal delivery team to help meet the needs of our customers' businesses along with growth of our company's portfolio and offerings to customers.
Strong Retail Marketing Knowledge
Strong presentation skills
Have strategic and analytical thinking on retail marketing for improving sales volume
Vast experience in business with chain-retails, operator stores, distributors and dealers
Understanding of the current IT Retail system landscape and guiding the delivery team for system modifications
Considering current scenario, online sale will be helpful.
Strategic Mindset- Someone that has been a part of strategy and initiatives including the proposal or development of long term strategies
Experience working cross functionality with various stakeholders within an organization
Should have work experience in similar industry (preferably consumer electronics)
Good to have experience in channel management, development
