Job description
Skill and Competency requirements Sound Knowledge and basic understanding of EMI/EMC and Environmental domains. Sound Knowledge of different ISO and SAE EMC and ENV standards' Knowledge of different hardware tools (e.g. Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Multimeters, Signal generators etc) Fundamental understanding on EMC standards, Compliance, Test case, DV P preparations and executions' Knowledge on vehicle level E&E Interface study, Grounding review and supports for field issue resolutions ' Basic knowledge of System DFME & fundamental understanding of Fault Tree Analysis, Working knowledge of the system and functionality in power-train, chassis, body and infotainment domains, vehicle E&E architecture, function partitioning, design, testing and integration. Soft skills - Excellent communication skills, Co-ordination & Delegation, Tracking and Escalation along with Conflict resolution. Job Description- Supplier Interactions for capturing EMC / EMV Compliances Responses for E&E Aggregates offered w.r.t TATA MOTORS EMC and ENV specifications Providing EMC/ENV Compliances Responses for E&E Aggregates offered w.r.t TATA MOTORS EMC/EMI specifications o Maintain /Update EMC/ ENV Compliance matrix considering updates in International /Domestic Standards Finalization of acceptance criteria , Operating Modes , Time durations considering TATA MOTORS standards and International ref for DVP Preparations EMC /ENV Finalizations of test sequence , test leg definitions and samples requirements for EMC .ENV tests Archive the final Compliance Matrix & aggreged DVPs for E&E Aggregates in System Expert in handling Test equipment's for EMC Bench tests , Transient Measurements , Reliability and durability tests Support Field failure analysis mainly for Failures due to Electrical Stresses or due to ENV related issues o Liaison with Internal Departments for Risk Analysis Review Preparation & execution Vehicle Level Test cases considering critical functionalities of different systems Responsible in preperation of STN- EMC Documentation for Domestic and Export homologation
