We are seeking for Senior Designer in the space of Intelligence UX / AI led user experience for daily life.

• Derive UX (User Experience) concept and solution for forming a meaningful relationship between users and product/ services to offer better user value.
• Design IA (Information Architecture) and Workflow of products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. [Research & analysis] Perform development and implementation of research, analysis methodology and tools related to each project and proceed planning, implementation and analysis of the assigned project regarding its requirement, functions, market, trend, users and etc.

2. [UX concept design] Define and work on UX (User Experience) core principles and concepts for UI (User Interface) design using derived insights and analysis that provides meaningful values to target users and the company.

3. [Commercialization design] Manage and oversee as to ensure that commercialisable output (IA (Information Architecture), workflow, and layout) are materialized within the given timeline and resources by carrying out detailed scenarios created on the UX core principles and concept.

4. [Validation] Perform self-validation such as RP (Rapid Prototyping) and external validation and incorporate the validation outcome to the final output for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Effective communicator of design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
• Drive, commitment and perseverance to design world's best user experience is a must.
• Design education - Formal education in Product Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, HCI or a related field (Bachelor's/Master's) – preferably from NID, IITs, Or similar schools in India or from abroad. If design education is not present, equivalent outstanding expertise and experience is a must.
• 3+ years of experience as a designer in a reputed design centric organization.
