Metrochem API Pharma Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Purchase Manager to join our New Product Development (NPD) team. As a key member of the NPD group, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of required for the development of new pharmaceutical products. Your expertise in supply chain management and procurement will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective execution of NPD projects. Sourcing & procurement of raw materials, key starting materials for CRO & CDMO projects, R&D Chemicals, Impurities, Consumables, QC instruments spares, raw materials, equipment, and services Procurement of lab scale to commercial scale Processing orders from purchase requisition to purchase orders Developing new vendors from domestic & import sources Closely coordinating with vendors for dispatch on time delivery Preparation of purchase orders, qcs & approvals from final authority Developing minimum two to three vendors for raw materials based on availability Processing of stock transfer orders from internal units Vendor qualification process Import shipment clearance process Coordinating with technical, QA & warehouse departments regularly Coordinating with project management team for projects coordination Weekly projects status updation.Job tags
