Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Medical Representative to join our team at Maharishi Ayurveda Product Pvt Ltd. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our authentic Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals and institutions. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Sound knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Maharishi Ayurveda's authentic Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals and institutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and medical staff
  • Provide product information, conduct product presentations, and organize product demonstrations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, new products, and treatment protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence
