Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Medical Representative to join our team at Maharishi Ayurveda Product Pvt Ltd. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our authentic Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals and institutions. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Sound knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
Roles And Responsibilities - Promote and sell Maharishi Ayurveda's authentic Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals and institutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and medical staff
- Provide product information, conduct product presentations, and organize product demonstrations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
- Keep abreast of industry developments, new products, and treatment protocols
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence
