Role Description

This is a contract role for an Information Technology Service Management Consultant. The ITSM Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with IT service management, problem management, IT operations, and service desk. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Bengaluru with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in ITSM systems, focusing on business rule and ticket migration.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Freshservice, or Zendesk platforms.

• Successful track record in executing business rule and ticket migration projects.

• Proficient in setting up, configuring, and optimizing business rules and automation processes.

• Strong Python scripting skills for customization and automation within ITSM systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Note: Candidates with certifications in ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Freshservice, Zendesk, or related ITSM platforms will be given preference. This role provides a unique opportunity for an experienced ITSM Systems Specialist to contribute to the success of migration projects and ongoing system optimization within our organization
