JOB DESCRIPTION Role Overview The position is responsible for developing product requirements, analyze trends, drive the product vision and strategy, and partner with Engineering and Product design to manage the execution of the overall product roadmap.

POSITION SPECIFICATION Education Graduate/ Post Graduate
Overall Experience 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years' experience with consumer Internet or Web-based technology products and services
Essential expertise MBA desired undergraduate degree is a must, technical degree highly preferred
Key Responsibilities - Demonstrating understanding of user-centered design, technology and data perspectives.
- Interface with stakeholders from different teams within LIV and assimilate requirements.
- Synthe and prioritizes across customer's wants and needs, balancing them with company strategy and capabilities to define the product road map.
- Focus on KPI driven product strategy and roadmap.
- Capturing product requirements in form of use cases, wireframes, detailed requirement documents / JIRA stories.
- Validating hypothesis with user studies.
- Deliver world class experience across platforms keeping the platform guidelines in sight.
- Constant focus on user feedback and actioning insights to drive product improvements.
- Know about agile methodology and can apply an agile mindset to all aspects of your work.
- Continuously deliver advances in the product by executing against the product roadmap, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive offerings and how they impact consumer choices and preferences, and how they should influence the products.
- Defining product success metrics and analyzing product performance by driving the product agenda with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver!
- Leading cross-functional teams in delivering quality products and making appropriate trade-offs.
