Role Description
The Sales Officer is responsible for ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products, lead generation, communication with clients, creating and managing sales operations, as well as developing and maintaining our channel sales. This a full time, on-site role and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members is essential to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills, including the ability to listen actively, identify customer needs, manage customer needs, and follow through on commitments.
- Lead Generation skills, which include the ability to identify prospective customers, build relationships, and generate new business.
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Sales Operations skills, including the ability to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing a sale, tracking metrics, and reporting on progress.
- Channel Sales skills, including the ability to build relationships with channel partners, motivate them to sell our products, and regularly review metrics on sales performance.
- Adapt to changes in business strategies, including under pressure, with the ability to learn from mistakes and develop new strategies to improve sales performance.
- Previous experience in Sales or customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
