Walk in Interview for HR Recruiter/Tele-counselor for a Academy based out in Dwarka Delhi
Experience- 1 - 4 years
Salary - Salary Negotiable Job Location - Dwarka mor, Delhi

Age 18- 48 Years
Office Timings - 10 Am - 7 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday Off - You Should be good in Convincing Students and Family so they Take Admission and Happy with Fee Structure
- Should be Sharp and Active in taking Follows up on Calls and Mails
- For this Job we need very Very Good Spoken English
- if experience is in ( Educational Sales- or a Institute or as a HR Recruiter ) It will be a added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities For You - Counselling students on call, regarding Airport and Airline courses and Briefing them about fees and Training Modules
- Informing the Candidates about the Eligibility criteria by taking their Telephonic Round and speaking with their Parents
- Lining up the candidates for the Pr-Screening round and inviting them to the academy to check their Eligibility criteria. (As we do not give admissions to everyone).
- Should also track and follow up on all Lineup who are Interested for a Training Course
- Speaking with students and parents and explaining them the Fees and benefits of the Aviation courses, answer questions etc.
- Briefing them about the Airport and Airline Courses
- This Job requires Excellent communication Skills, as a HR as you would be speaking to PAN India Candidates for Jobs and admissions
