Job description
To manage and oversee physical inbound operation and delivering high service levels to ensure that the team delivers results in line with Customers agreed SLA and in accordance with LLP procedures and defined standards. • Coordination with buyer and LSPs for appropriate decisions to meet CUSTOMER business requirements. • Ensure operational issues are registered and resolved or escalated to next level within time frame and most efficient possible manner. • Ensure no effect on production due to any issues in operations • Support on ad hoc requirement • Adherence to project’s SOP • Coordination and dealing with 3PL(s) • Getting required services thru better planning • Transportation and routing of vehicles, Vehicle placement as per CUSTOMER pick plan and tracking till delivery • Operation managed as per project operating module
