Job description

Identifies, designs and drives end-to-end implementation of the
transformation initiative of the assigned process to attain maximum
efficiency.
Ensures changes are aligned and adheres to the established policy
requirements.

Manages teams and drives the performance below through the team:. Responsibility for process optimisation. Driving implementation of the end to end process transformation initiatives. Building control processes, tracking SOP compliance and ensuring adherence to governance model. Liaising with relevant teams for enhancement and changes, eg to IT. Ensuring on time delivery of expected deliverables.
