Job Responsibilities
● Unders tanding cus tomer requirements and project KPIs
● Implementing various development, tes ting, automation tools , and IT infras tructure
● Planning the team s tructure, activities , and involvement in project management activities .
● Managing s takeholders and external interfaces
● Setting up tools and required infras tructure
● Defining and s etting development, tes t, releas e, update, and s upport proces s es for DevOps
operation
● Have the technical s kill to review, verify, and validate the s oftware code developed in the project.
● Troubles hooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
● Monitoring the proces s es during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new
proces s es for improvement and minimizing the was tage
● Encouraging and building automated proces s es wherever pos s ible
● Identifying and deploying cybers ecurity meas ures by continuous ly performing vulnerability
as s es s ment and ris k management
● Incidence management and root caus e analys is
● Coordination and communication within the team and with cus tomers
● Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/ CD tools
● Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and
cons tant deployment pipeline (CI/ CD Pipeline)
● Mentoring and guiding the team members
● Monitoring and meas uring cus tomer experience and KPIs
● Managing periodic reporting on the progres s to the management and the cus tomer
