Job Summary:

ā€ We are currently seeking a versatile and organized professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Recruiter. The successful candidate will play a dual role, providing executive support to senior leadership and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This position requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly balance administrative tasks with recruitment responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other appointments, ensuring efficient use of executive's time.
  3. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  2. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  4. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.

General Responsibilities:

  1. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  2. Uphold a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  3. Assist in the planning and execution of company events or initiatives.

Requirements:

Executive Assistant:

  1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Recruitment:

  1. Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  3. Ability to assess candidate qualifications and conduct effective interviews.
  4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

General:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  4. Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
