Job Description

Salesforce is a key tool used within the business and, as a Technology team, we always aim to be at the forefront of providing the best support possible to our users. With that optic, we are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to join our support team as a salesforce & pardot support engineer. You will be based in our Mumbai office, reporting to the Head of Technology Success, Asia 

Responsibilities 

• Provide escalation support to Third Bridge users on technical issues relating to our Salesforce and Pardot implementations; ensure effective and timely resolution of relevant service issues
• Manage complex user problems while delivering an excellent experience
• Identify opportunities for structural improvements to our Salesforce and Pardot deployments, and assist in the implementation of these enhancements
• Support the development and help with the maintenance of Third Bridge’s relevant technical knowledge base for our Salesforce and Pardot systems 
• Define and describe overall technical best practices for Salesforce and Pardot at Third Bridge
• Ensure the maintenance (improvement) of critical documentation describing the relevant aspects of our Salesforce and Pardot implementations
• Actively communicate and always ensure key users/ other stakeholders are appropriately and systematically updated on relevant changes or issues 
• Help prepare and deliver Salesforce support technical training to other team members 

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience 
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Pardot Consultant Certification
• 2+ years previous experience with Salesforce & its technologies 
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong work ethic 
• Analytical
• Attention to detail
• Ability to priortise and escalate issues when needed 
• Support experience 
• Dedicated to continuous improvement 
• Familiarity with ITIL foundations and concepts
