Job description
As a UX Designer, you will collaborate to design and optimize effective user experience across various digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate product specifications and user psychology in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UX design strategy for the brand.
- Work closely with the Product Head to ensure that the UX strategy complements the overall product roadmap.
- Create detailed wireframes, storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gathering valuable insights to improve the usability and accessibility of digital products.
- Assist the UI designers to integrate visually appealing and brand-aligned designs for the digital products.
- Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors or masters degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction or comparable fields Or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related subject with relevant certifications in UX design.
- 4-6 years hands-on experience in UX design role.
- Experience working in an e-commerce background.
- Expert-level UX design skills, including wireframing & prototyping.
- Expert-level competency with common design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Creative Suite and others
- Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions
- A team player but can work independently too.
