Engginovate Fabaron LLP also provides consultancy for Hydro Kinetic Energy Development and Turn Key EPC Projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager based in Surat. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the manufacturing process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and managing production staff. The Production Manager will also work closely with the Engineering and Quality Assurance departments to ensure quality control standards are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication and machining
- Experience in managing and leading production teams
- Knowledge of production techniques, methodologies, and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
- Previous experience in the Power & Energy, Petrochemical, Chemical, Steel Plants, Power Plants, Refinery, Ship Building or Heavy Engineering Units industries is a plus
