Role Description

Qualifications

  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office support
  • Familiarity with office equipment and systems
  • Good clerical skills, including data entry and organizing files
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Basic knowledge of financial services is a plus
