Job description

Speak to the customers who remit the loan principal amount online and convince them to retain the loan with us by offering various retention schemes.
Probe the customers to find out if they are shifting the loans to the competitor and make the competitor retention offer.
Ensure at least 30% of the online releases are retained.
Ability to engage with customers to understand the real reason for release.
Should be able to speak Malayalam/Tamil fluently.
