BuildUX, a cutting-edge provider of SAAS solutions in the UX research domain, is seeking a skilled Content Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, with a focus on SAAS tools, and be well-versed in leveraging LinkedIn and other social media ad platforms. Proficiency in efficiently using Marketing CRMs is a key requirement.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with BuildUX's business goals. Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, emphasizing the value of our SAAS products.

Content Creation: Produce a variety of content, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, and case studies. Ensure content is aligned with industry trends, customer needs, and BuildUX's brand voice.

Social Media Management: Manage and optimize BuildUX's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Craft compelling social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Inbound Marketing & Email Marketing: Implement inbound marketing techniques to attract, convert, close, and delight customers. Collaborate with the product teams to align content with the customer journey.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content strategy.

CRM Utilization: Efficiently use Marketing CRMs to manage customer relationships and automate marketing processes.

SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility. Monitor and report on key SEO metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or even UX field. Proven experience (3+ years) in content marketing, preferably within the UX Industry. In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media ad platforms. Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles. Exceptional writing and editing skills. Familiarity with SEO best practices. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
