Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and conducting training programs for our recruitment teams to ensure they are proficient in US IT Staffing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of the US IT recruitment landscape excellent communication skills and a proven track record in process improvement and training.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of US IT Staffing ensuring that all recruiters are proficient in the latest recruitment processes and technologies.
- Conduct regular training sessions workshops and seminars for new hires and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs making adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any gaps in knowledge or performance.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in US IT Staffing and recruitment technologies to ensure our team is at the forefront of the industry.
- Provide oneonone coaching and support to individual team members as needed.
- Assist in the development of training materials manuals and documentation to support the learning process.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a process training role with a strong preference for candidates with experience in US IT Staffing.
- Indepth knowledge of US IT recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor\'s degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual equipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
