Job description
As a Full-Time Remote Communication Trainer and Content Writer, you will play a multifaceted role in delivering high-quality training sessions, creating compelling training materials, and supporting learners throughout their training journey. This position offers a unique blend of training delivery and content development responsibilities, allowing you to leverage your communication expertise in diverse ways.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging communication training sessions remotely, utilizing various platforms and tools to facilitate effective learning experiences.
Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support training sessions and enhance participant learning.
Write and edit content for training materials, presentations and other communication-related resources, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
Monitor training sessions to ensure participant engagement and understanding of key concepts.
Conduct remedial classes for participants requiring additional support or clarification on communication skills.
Serve as a backup trainer in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, stepping in to deliver training sessions as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop customized solutions to address them.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to communication training and content development.
Provide timely feedback and coaching to participants to help them improve their communication competencies.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress.
Requirements-
Proven experience as a Communication Trainer or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in content creation for training materials, blogs, or articles.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners remotely.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with remote training platforms.
Should have good wifi connection.
