Eplan Knowledge on Eplan drafting from scratch, Macro Creation, AutoFerruling, BOM Generation, Device ,Importing and Exporting Macros,Project naming, etc
AutoCad Knowledge on creating Panel layout, basic tool understanding, template creation, Pdf conversion, etc
Control System Architecture Candidate should able to prepare concept of control system, network architecture, basic understanding of Pneumatic system, Knowledge on Automation, Understanding of tracebility solution, data base undertaing.
PLC Selection for Control System Candidate should able to select PLC , scan time, cycle time, No. IO handling, Special device communication, AI,AO, High Speed DI,DO, Memory selection,No.of Nodes, Motion capability,Sink/Source,
Sensor selection Candidate should have knowledge on different types of sensor based on required, understanding type of sensor selection, Proxiity, Photo, etc.
HMI Selection Knowledge on HMI Selection, basic understanding of screen,
PLC Software Knowledge of PLC Software,
HMI Software Knowledge of HMI Software,
Scada Knowledge Basic understanding of scada, selection creteria, how to select scada based on application, communication, what data base sholud be used for logging.
Special Devices Knowledge on special devices such as Scanner, Printer, RFID, Nutrunner, Laser Marker, Temp Controller and sensor, Vision sensor,etc
Communication Protocol Candicate should have good knowledge of different protocol which is used for PLC communication, HMI, Servo, and third party devices, i.e. RS232, RS485, TCP/IP,Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCat, CC Link, IO Link, etc.
Servo & VFD Knowledge Candidate should have good knowledge on servo and it's selection,
Knowledge on Visions Candidate should have good knowledge on Vision and it's selection,
Knowledge on Safety Candidate should have good knowledge on safety, how to use safety, it's standards, different types of safety devices, Risk assessment, Categories, PL,
Documentation Candidate should prepare documents such as flow charts, IO list, Cable layout, Balooning, SOP Preparation, Risk Assessment, Qualification Parameter, Eplan, BOM,
Communication Candidate should communicate with Sales team, Mechanical, Wiring team and discuss with supplier and customer meetings.
