Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst In this role, The Senior Business Analyst would be responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities like requirement gathering, converting business requirement in functional process document in details, breaking BRDs to Jira stories and capturing in Jira following agile/Safe agile developmental framework requirements.
Experience- 5-10yrs Job location- PAN Notice- max 45 days Mandatory skills- User stories,BRD,FRD,FSD Agile – Scrum (Ceremonies, Events, Roles), Product backlog vs Sprint Backlog Data governance ETL, Data Analysis, Data Warehouse concepts Responsibilities Face off to one or more business areas to understand business requirements and relay it to the development team for responsible deliveries. Able to elicit, validate, confirmed and document requirements under JIRA epics & user stories. Own E2E delivery of the work assigned and drive it to successful completion and proactively work with internal + external stakeholders. Provide inputs during development and implementation phases. Identify and communicate risk and impacts and propose risk mitigation plan considering current business environment. Maintain requirement traceability from requirements to user stories to delivery. Track, resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner keeping relevant stakeholders informed. Data experience working with large data sets along with data analysis and data profiling of customer and transactional data. Hands on experience in source to target data mapping including complex business rule in banking domain. Experience in effectively managing multiple projects and activities in a timely and organized manner. Experience Working in a agile software delivery Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance. Ensure that software functionality is implemented as per business requirements. Recommend improvements to existing software programs. Work with multiple teams and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business Strong business requirement management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point Strong relationship building skills & communication skills Understanding of Indices, fundamentals, and analytical data, returns level data etc. Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel Must have basic understanding on AWS services. Must have good understanding on Data warehouse, data warehouse design principles and ETL process Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills B.E./ B.Tech with relevant years of experience Relevant experience working as a BA in Banking Domain Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Must be Self-starter a problem solver with a can-do attitude Quick learner with ability to multi-task Prioritize self-assignments, manage workload, and consistently deliver results. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Leadership Teamwork Stakeholder management Hands on experience working/consuming AWS services, application migration to AWS.
