Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and maintain the high rise/hospital buildings from the initial stage of execution to handing over of the project as per the agreed design and cost parameters.
- Prepare material tracking sheets and inventory logs.
- Prepare internal and external reports for tracking the project's schedule and quality compliances.
- Monitor all onsite and offsite constructions to make sure it complies with building and safety regulations.
- Check the contractors' RA bills and submit it to the RM for review.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Assess potential risks and critical activities at site.
- Oversee and technical guide the manpower and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
- Monitor the schedule and quality control throughout the project to create efficient and functional healthcare environments.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and optimizing the infrastructure to meet the specific needs of healthcare operations.
- Good knowledge of operating design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar.
- Sound knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage. Strong supervision and communication skills. Extensive experience in construction of high-rise hospital buildings.
- Successful project completion, showcasing proficiency in latest construction techniques and methodologies.
- Coordination with Contractors, Consultants, Architects and other stakeholders. Strategically monitor and manage the execution part of high-rise hospital buildings, ensuring safety compliance and design excellence.
- Successful project completion, adherence to safety standards, and effective coordination with Consultants and Architects, contributing to the overall success of hospital construction projects.
Qualifications 10+ Years of Experience
Bachelors' / Master's degree in Civil Engineering
