Techno India University, West Bengal is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Develop compelling content and visuals tailored to different digital channels to effectively reach target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve set objectives.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content calendars, including posts, videos, and stories, to drive user engagement and increase followership.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, interactions, and feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
Website Optimization:
- Collaboration with the web development team to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Regularly update website content, including program information, event listings, blog posts, and testimonials, to keep it fresh and relevant.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote events, and disseminate important information to prospective students, alumni, and other stakeholders.
- Segment email lists based on audience demographics and behavior to deliver personalized and targeted communication.
Digital Advertising:
- Manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and generate leads.
- Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies for optimal results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and online advertising.
