Key Responsibilities:

Conduct endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from application to onboarding.

Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards social media and networking events.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
