Location : IT Park, Dehradun

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner, located in Dehradun. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for employee relations, HR policies, labor and employment law, performance management, and other HR-related duties as assigned. The HR Business Partner will work closely with department managers to ensure that HR goals are aligned with company objectives and success.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with strong knowledge of HR policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in employee relations, including managing conflict and disciplinary actions
• Knowledge of labor and employment law in India
• Experience in performance management, including goal setting, employee feedback and reviews
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant field
• Professional HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is preferred
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
